Yes, I have absolutely never ever seen a level 1 cog in Dreamland! Or a level 2, or a level 3...
Or a Pig toon. Can you imagine the vocalizations of that?! hee hee Or the Roadrunner. Don't really know what you're going for here...

Squeaker, the hidden things would be Easter Eggs if the developers of the game meant us to find them.
Examples would be the "secret" alleyways in Punchline Place and Silly Street. Other things that are "secret" but that were not meant to be there are bugs (so I keep being told by members of TTC who write software).) Examples include the ability to fly in Donald's Dock, and the ability to clip through walls into the grey space. Any of the latter that people find we try not to spell out in detail here because (sadly) the developers try to fix these bugs once we make them well known. Even sadder is that bugs like the failure of knockback bonus on lured reinforcement cogs dont get fixed because it doesnt scare n00bies or offend the developers sensibilities. KidBugs refers to these sort of bugs as "features". All of us owners of MicroSoft Windows would be familiar with this principle.
