Hacked

My 76er was deleted and so were all my other toons and i was going to start vping i lost all my sf's that were on my list so am now going to have to start over i was able to recover my account but not my toons.

Email Disney, they can get your toons back, just say that you lost your toons and they will re-activate them again.

If they don't recover my 76er with lvl 3 toonup maxed aound and level 5 trap, lure, throw, and squirt i'll be furious

Yes write to disney explaining everything, they have your toons on their server backups even if theyve been deleted from your account.

Also if you don't how this happened you want to make sure you change your account password (assuming you havent thought of this already).

Also you may even want to go as far as changing your username aswell, Disney could probs help you with this aswell (although changing your password should be enough).

P.S. And warning to all: 'remember keep you account details to yourself, don't tell anyone or give out any infomation, even if you get an email that looks like it's from disney asking for details, i don't think Disney would ask for a password on a random email, and i would assume my account name was enough infomation. Altho in the case on requesting toon restroation that they may want password to confirm operation, but this is u sending to them on specific reason and not a random incident.

As to what Mr Red Bull said, Try to make your account password random numbers and letters. This will (hopefully) make it almost impossible for them to get it. Just make sure to write it down and hide it.
