i'm still new in the game, just started less than a week ago, but personally, unless you already have lure, or a good friend that has lure, trap isn't going to much help to you. I personally find toon-up to be very helpful, especially when helping out your buds in cg towers, it's just a bit hard to level up. I find it fun and rewarding to wander around Toontown Central randomly healing the little guys

My Mood:
Choose toon-up. There's nothing more frustrating than trying to take a 5 story bldg with a doofus that didn't pick heal and spends the whole time saying: "I need a toon-up"
Frankly, any toons that don't have toon-up don't get in a bldg with me. I don't think it's fair that those with heal have to keep those that don't have it alive. Do yourself and everyone else a favour and choose heal.
Just my 3 cents (2 cents Canadian).

Without a doubt, choose Toonup.

I personally won't take a friend without it. I know many toons that feel that way.

On which server are you playing? If you are playing in test, I would be more than happy to help you out. If open, I am afraid I can't play there right now.

16 Name Droppers...?

Don't be afraid to shop around for tasks. Every HQ officer in every HQ in each neighborhood will offer you a different set of tasks to choose from. Check the HQ's in the playground and on each street (4 HQ officers in each). If you don't find an "easy" task, you can even check each of the shops on each street - the toons in there offer tasks, too.

I can usually find a nice, generic task (the "30 cogs anywhere" type of task) just by checking the HQ's in a few playgrounds.

BTW - Tom Tom's? I hope you carry around a whole cream pie...

Strange thread

Title is "Toon up or Trap"
Poll is "Toon up or Lure"

Two very different choices. It really depends which playground you are in.

Glad you chose toonup.

Post some secrets if you need assistance.

Have fun in TT

Tom Tom Drums

Buddy if your in MM and heading to Tom Tom drums you better have that WHOLE CREAM PIE!!!! You are going to have to visit NOTATIONS and CLEFF is gonna tell you he will give you inventory or something like that for a WHOLE CREAM PIE!!! So you gotta work that throw man and get that whole cream pie, or you will be stuck on that task for a while.

edit: Oh yah, glad you picked toon up. I try to avoid entering buildings with toons that don't have toon up. I need atleast 2 others to have toon up in a building other than me.

good choice.
