I see toons on forums talking about being on open or test. What are these?

theres a test server on toontown that you have to sign up for but you have to be 100+laff points and some people like to play test better then open(reg tt)

I am a 105 but i have never seen theses bit.... maybe it is only for usa based players. thanks for the reply though.

You do not necessarily have to be 100+ to be on test, but most people there have generally played a long time. The test server is an identical server but new content is added there first. When you want to sign up for the test server, you are placed on a waiting list first, and it can take a long time before you are accepted.
