The nerve!
A few minutes ago, I was standing in front of a building that I REALLY needed for my toontask. I began waiting for my friends to teleport to me. Well, two monkies came along. I said "Hi there!" to them, and hoped they would help me. They didn't answer for a while. After a few minutes, two more monkies teleported to them. One monkey said, "Sorry!" then all four monkies went in, when I was there first. I have nothing against monkies. I even joined a monkery defender clan to prevent toon racism. But being a monkey gives you absolutely NO right to do things like that.

Speaking of mean toons....
It doesn't matter what kind of toons they are to be mean. The other night, I was waiting for my friend outside the elevator in the factory and I got up for a minute to do something. When I came back my toon had gone to sleep and low and behold, there was a 98 laff toon that was pushing me into the elevator with him and 2 other toons. I stayed silent and when we got into the factory, they kept pushing me until they got me through the door and into the first room in the factory. The little robot cogs kept hitting me with their rays. I let this happen about 2 or 3 times and they just kept standing there saying "mind if I join you" and "Oh no", "run". I had finally had enough and moved and told them you stink. So, not only can noobs be mean and rude but also the higher laugh toons too. I am a 106 laugh with all gags maxed (no drop) and I couldn't believe what I saw. So just a word of advice, not only watch out for the noobs that you guys say are mean, but also the high laughers too. One of the toons that went into the factory was a 56 laff and had nothing to do with pushing me in. She kept apologizing and ended up going back to the playground with me. I have found that if you give the noobs a chance, they'll be much better friends than your high laughers and appreciate all the help that you can give to them. I totally enjoy going to Toontown Central and helping the noobs battle the cogs. As you know, a lured cog takes more damage from gags, so I use lure on them and the noobs have a chance to build up their gags and not lose a whole lot of laugh points in the process. Also, it helps them learn how to play the game and when to pass and what gags to use together. Try it out sometimes when you get bored doing factory runs and I guarantee, you'll see the noobs in a whole new light!!!!!!

from here on out: there is no building ownership until the doors close. If you are standing in front of a building instead of going in it, there is a chance that someone else will fill the elevator before you do. In your scenario, your 'team' was clearly not ready. The monkies were. They got the building and you didn't because you were unprepared. It's not about rudeness at all really. As far as calling them rude, well, the same might be said of those who think they can reserve a building by standing in front of it instead of actually entering the elevator. As for me, I'd rather not categorize anyone as rude in a game where they are operating within the normal parameters. But hey, that's just me

Yea I have 2 agree. Now that my account is out 4 the year, I still kno lots of things about tt. the monkies kinda did have plans 2gether. Lots of friends do things like that. (A lesson 4 noobs here that don't understand high-laffer rights) Besides, there are other things 2 do 2! There r many things u could of done. Don't take it 2 hard. it's the way tt came 2 b. Like, all the planning and stuff.
and btw, congrats Loosy! Great job on the big 1-1-2!

In my opinion, I dont believe there is "ownership" for a building (as Loosy said) but, It does seem very rude for a toon (or two) to see someone standing infront of a building (that they obviously were planning on going into) and to have 3 others show up and take the building from the toon who was there "first". Ide just think of leaving the building alone with the toon who was obviously planning on going into it as , "Fair Play". As for the people who were in his group, late or not, he was representing them. And as the other toons may have not known he had a group the least they could have done was to take 3 of the monkeys and the person who was there first.
