We've made it to 10,000 3 or more times. EKB delete users that have not been on for a few months whenever we reach 10,000 members.

Yeah I heard EKB (Evil Kid Bugs) is a moderator and he can be deleted by doing bad things. I just don't know how he is still allowed on this site after all the bad things I hear about him.

No, people get deleleted from this site when they haven't been active for quite a while, meaning like months at a time. There's just no need to keep inactive accounts.
