Came across this toon while waiting for the VP. Just thought it was cool. Doing the ghost glitch maybe?

That's odd. I've never seen that before. Oh, and everyone knows that Toon's name anyway by looking at that picture because the name is right above the District: None.

I have seen that twice since they introduced the new districts. I was in Wacky Falls when I saw both.

It's ok to name names as long as it's not done out of spite or anger or anything like that. So you could've left it unedited.
