I'm Looking For an Avatar Maker!
I need someone to creat an avatar for me from a picture i have. Anyone with experience. I'm guessing you'll need Microsoft Power Point, unless you have something else. If anyone can point me to someone who can make it, i'll appreciate that. I'll reward whoever makes it with a homemade desktop background, or unless you have any ideas. Post if you can, i'll PM you the pic and what i want done.

here are the pics. And if it would be much trouble i would like the phrases to apear on the screen like there being typed out. An example would be loosy goosy's avatar, its phrases are typed out letter by letter. If you can't tell me and we could compromise. Oh and all who can make an avatar to my specs please post them so i can see which one i will pick. I will be givving a custom desktop background to whom i pick.
