I suggest NO ONE does this! NEVER GIVE YOUR PASSWORD TO ANYONE. The mods should delete this thread and ban this member!!!

I don't mean to be mean. It is just no one should give out their password.

As for you if you just resubscribe and contact Disney they will get your toons back. I know someone who came back after months and Disney got them their toon back.

That really *****. Uhh... how were you paying for your account? With credit card or with game cards? Is your credit card valid or maxed? Are you using an ATM check card that could possibly have no funds in it? Did your game card expire? Just call Toontown and find out what happened and they can probably fix it for you.

Now, as for your request for someone else's account info. Please don't do that. People's account info is private and should not be shared. There was a lot of trouble with kids trading account info a few months back and it caused a lot of hurt. Toons were deleted and friends lost. It's not a good situation. I recommend that no one give you their account info. Did you give your account info to someone? That may be what happened to your account if you did.

I'm sorry you've lost your toons but you need to contact Disney about the situation ASAP. Good luck!

Tell Disney about it, and change your password. You'll get your toons back. They don't delete toons right away if an account is canceled. They usually wait (I think it's) 3 months before deleting them.

Yeah, I think if you call Disney if you tell them you nickname and password they can get you account back. Good Luck!!

You need to be more specific: Was your account cancelled, meaning that you couldn't sign online at all? Or was your toons just gone? Big difference. If you can't sign onto your account, then most probably it was either a problem with billing: credit card was lost or stolen or cancelled or whoever owns the credit/debit card you signed up with cancelled it for you. In this case, if you are a kid, ask your parents why you can't get on. Nobody can just get on and delete your account though. They'd ned some kind of information, like credit card number you signed up with to verify that they are the accountholder. They just wouldn't let someone e-mail or call and say "Hi I'm _____________ and I want to cancel my account!".

If your toons are gone I've got two questions: Do you have a brother or sister who could've done it? Did you share your password with a "friend"? I would check with those two options first, because most likely, if all your toons were deleted, someone you know on the game or someone you know at home deleted them. IF you are sharing passwords, this is exactly why moderators/admin here don't let you swap passwords/account information. You play with someone for awhile and you think you know them and they're your real life friend. Then they get on and delete all your toons or all your friends. Happens LOTS of times. So, if this is the case, stop sharing passwords, e-mail Disney and tell them what happened, and hopefully, within a week, they will put them back where they were and you can go on playing. After this happens, CHANGE YOUR PASSWORDS: both parent and regular passwords and don't give it out anymore. Good luck getting back online.

this happened to me on my toons....they were all gone except one...the one my older daughter plays....my youngest daughter cried because her toon was gone....no...my kids didnt delete them...and no...they dont share info with other people...wouldnt matter anyhow cuz they dont know the password...when i logged on it wouldnt accept my password so i did the forgot password thing and they sent me 'my' password....except it wasnt...it was different...it had been changed...this happened rite after an update...i had 2 maxxed out toons...everything was gone...all my s/f...all my house stuff....i sent disney what my boyfriend (and no he didnt delete them either) described as a 'toe curler' email...i was very upset....took them awhile but they finally gave the toons back after they looked into it telling me srry for the mix up...minus the friends and house stuff....i felt bad cuz i had alot of really good non-s/f lost too....anyway like i said it was rite after a big update....my kids have had s/f ask them for our password and they tell them 'srry i cant'....but i have seen their friends 'sharing passwords'....then a week or so later they get mad at someone who knows their password and the next thing u see is them crying cuz the person got mad too and deleted their toons....its very sad but if u share ur info then ur pretty much leaving urself open for that to happen....guess the moral of the story is dont share ur info with people if thats how urs got deleted....

You're using your friend's account you mean? Why not ask your friend if they got tired of paying for you using their account for free? They probably cancelled it if your friend wasn't playing it much anymore. Or if they just deleted the toons, could be he didn't want them anymore or was getting ready to let you know that the account was going away. Or the same thing goes with what I suggested, only applies to your friend: Does he/she have any brothers or sisters? They could've been at his/her house and deleted them off the account. You definitely won't be able to get them back unless you talk to your friend and find out what's going on. Whatever they do at their house to the account will affect whatever happens at your house.

LOL. I wouldn't keep on paying for someone else to use my account. As they say "You get what you pay for.".

This member didn't give out THEIR password. They are asking for OTHER PEOPLE'S PASSWORDS!!! If there is a younger child who uses this site that gives out their password unknowingly then they may find their toons gone the next day.

Knowing some of the griefers on TT I would not be surprised by someone who finds deleting other peoples toons funny.

If you notice, there is a box that's right below her post where a moderator deleted toontown's post which asked for another person's password so that she could use their accounts. On this site, as you probably know, we don't allow that, even if their intentions are the best and they don't intend to do anything to anyone else's account. You just never know what could happen. I have heard of many occurrences (MANY) of one person letting their Toontown "friend" use their account or swapping accounts. Seems like harmless fun. Then they do or say something that makes their friend mad and that friend turns around, jumps on their account and deletes all of their toons (which can be gotten back, maybe after a week) or worse, deletes all of their friends list (which is very, very hard to get back since you have to locate your friends to give them new secrets). My suggestion is better be safe than sorry. Your toon is just like their toon or you can create a toon just like theirs. It's much safer that way.

If you were using your friends user account, then it wasn't your account, was it? You have no basis to complain if you were playing for free on someone elses dime.
