I figured out who that monster in the newsletter is!

You know how Mickey, Goofy, and most of the playground people say "Flippy can't find Fluffy!" Well, people have been talking about a petshop... and now Fluffy... Maybe that monsters name is Fluffy! And maybe a petshop will come out were you can get pets and name them! Maybe a little pet house will be by your house in the toontown future? Whenever the petshop is coming, its coming pretty darn soon! Are you toon enough?

Weird that a monster would be called Fluffy. I dont think that would be fluffy, but it could be a pet. Technically who knows!
