I think there's a same thread about this next to yours almost. But anyways, go to Toontown Live Support and ask them to change it.

yea go here http://play.toontown.com/problem.php and go down 2 were it says Chat with Toontown Live Support and tell them u wana change ur name and they will change it in like 10 mins
