You can e-mail Disney or talk to Live Support Chat (I think it's what they call it). Live Support Chat is an easier way in my opinion.

go to toontown.com and click help then click report a problem and u should c chat with live support at the botom of the list fill out the form on the right side of the screen and tell them the toonz name u want to change and wut u want to change it to then tlel them ur user name and ur password that should b bout it

yea go here http://play.toontown.com/problem.php and go down 2 were it says Chat with Toontown Live Support and tell them u wana change ur name and they will change it in like 10 mins
