Thumbs down Invasions are annoying!

Ok, I don't really wanna be a pain but these invasions I feel have got to go at least in ttc and dd. I mean I have a 104 toon and a couple of ttc toons. I don't really even care when there is an invasion on my 104 I just kind of ignore them and they don't really help me at all. For my ttc toon I can't do anything! I have to defeat one more lawbot and I have to wait for the stupid invasion to end! Anyone agree with me at all?

i still have low enough laff and experience to enjoy the invasions...but it is a little annoying that lately they have all been Mr Hollywoods....if you need a different cog type for a toontask, it can really be annoying!
one of my toons has only one task right now, to get 120 boosbots...i have not been making very much progress in the last view days!

i would like to see the invasions be a little more varied, and at least dstributed between the 4 cog types and skelecogs more evenly, to give everyone a chance....then at least the very lowlaff toons would get the experience they need, and the midlaffers would have a chance of finishing tasks.....
for the high laffers for whom this is all probably very redundant, may i suggest that only some of the districts have invasions, while the others stay regular? like keep the busy districts regular, like kooky and scrweypark, and make some of the less populated districts the ones with the invasion....

Exclamation Good points

I would like to have it so that they would warn you when an invasion is coming in advance. You know maybe they could have a toon hq bubble that pops up twenty minutes before the invasion that says "We have just been informed that Mr. Hollywood is planning an invasion that will last 5" or whatever.

Hang in There

I can totally understand how you feel with your TTC toons. I also have a few and tried to play two of them and it was a little rediculous. Too much healing and not enough hitting with low gags.

However, I have truly LOVED this weekend and think Disney really came through this time. I honestly thought the last "invasion weekend" was a bust with the skelecogs. I know many, many toons that never caught the timing and were never really able to enjoy the invasions. This weekend, however, Disney is really outdoing themselves.

I can understand how frustrating it must be if you are a low laugher, but please just bear with the rest of us that have maxed more than one toon and are enjoying building our toons' skills with the constant Hollys. I, like many others, have had fun seeing how many points I can get in a building, I have even died a few times, which I haven't done in a long, long time.

I have found that I have been able to really enjoy the game again and laugh at the stressful situations a mid-laugher finds himself/herself in when that darn elevator opens and out comes four more Hollys, just when you thought you were done.

It will all be over tomorrow and things will go back to the way it was on Thursday. Hang in there and look for some high laffers to help you do those nasty buildings. Good luck toons.
