Crime and Punishment

There's been a lot of talk lately about rude toons, griefing low laffers, know-it-all high laffers, and so forth. As we all know, there aren't really any consequences for blatantly obnoxious behavior; this should change, in my humble opinion. Of course, I have some ideas:

Crime: Jumping off a building elevator, leaving low or middle laff toons to certain doom (griefers not included: see below).
Punishment: Convicted toon cannot play outside of TTC until they take over 1000 buildings there.

Crime: Using banana peel or rake on level 9+ cogs (because they're too dumb to train their gags in TTC or DD).
Punishment: May only carry cupcakes and squirt flowers.

Crime: Purposely letting other toons go sad just to be mean or "teach them a lesson."
Punishment: Lil Old Man Three (BWAH HA HA HA HA!!!!)

Crime: Being a low level laffer (under 25 l.p.) purposely griefing in HQ, DDL, or Brrgh.
Punishment: All toons on account permanently lowered to 15 laff points.

Crime: Using low level sound on high level lured cogs.
Punishment: First Offense: Trolley games only for one week.
Second Offense: May only fish, until they catch the Devil Ray.

What do y'all think?

Yes, the punishments are harsh. But that's okay -- it's just a joke. Never in my wildest dreams would I imagine Disney actually implementing them.

More like all of them are way to harsh. Some are just plain crazy. lols. But what has the higher laff done to the lower laffer. nothing but teach them a lesson. I don't see what's wrong with that. I mean the lower laff will become just like the higher laff some day maybe, if they make some of their own teamwork.

How about: Punishment: Convicted toon must help <50+ toon ( or lowest laff level of toon they ditched on the elevator) defeat the V.P. 3 times.

Love this one. Perfect, but I would put a time limit on it to say a week per offense

This one has me worried. I just started Lil Old Man.

This one I would go with something more like:Punishment: Collect 1000 jellybeans in TTC and return to the headquarters in DDL. That would guarantee a long time in TTC and a long street run to DDL.

How about:Crime: Using low level sound on high level lured cogs (I think you have to clarify that the other toons really don't want you to do this. If you have strong toon-ups and want to build lure and sound at the same time. Who cares?)
Punishment: First Offense: Toon-ups won't work on convicted toon for 1 week.
Second Offense: Trolley Games for a week.

I love it!

Details, details. Seriously, I just meant for toons using low level sounds when nobody wanted them to. I shouldn't say "seriously," as none of this was meant seriously. These are more like fantasy punishments to me, regarding things that myself and many others find annoying. I wouldn't really want to see them happen, but (okay, here's one I forgot) if, for example, a toon that pushes a sleeping toon into an elevator (and abandons them) had to get their next 10 tasks from Hysterical Harry, that'd be a fitting punishment, or at least one that I found amusing. By the way, LOM2 took longer, but I disliked Hysterical Harry much more than LOM. I didn't even mind the "defeat 20 4+ story buildings," because they could be any type, any street. It was kind of refreshing, after all the "defeat 10 legal eagles" and "recover (some weird item) from (some building only cog)" tasks. IMHO.
