Two questions

A couple of unrelated questions. Maybe someone can answer one or both of them?

1) Why is it that sometimes my cream pie will knock out a lured Level 5, but sometimes it won't? Sometimes when I hit a lured Level 5 with a whole cream pie, it turns his light to blinking-red, but it doesn't knock him out. I've especially noticed this in the factory. By the way, my throw gag is maxxed and has been for quite some time.

2) Sunday morning when I started Toontown, I could see that it was re-downloading the "streets" for a couple of minutes. I know they didn't announce a software update, so why did it happen? I've previously had this occur other times too, i.e. when there was no announced software update.

Well, some people say that number One is a glitch. Personally, I dunno.
Everyonce in a while, Disney edits out bugs off the game, and makes a newserver... It happens often - but sometimes it is more noticable. (ex: takes 5 minutes to load)

The first one happens when you do not get the lure bonus added on. The damage from a maxxed whole cream pie is only 40 damage. This is not enough to kill a level 5 cog. If the 50% lure knockback bonus us added in the damage is 60 which is enough to kill a level 5 cog. This thread somewhat explains it. Reinforcement cogs???????
