Dont know what you're talking about. I use game cards, and I can secret chat just fine.

That didn't make any sense whatsoever... so I'm going to take it as you are asking why the people who pay for the game can use the Chat while people who are on their trial are completely restricted to SpeedChat. The trial is like a demo so of course they can't offer everything to you. The ability to enjoy all of the game is a privilege that you need to pay for.

Only registered users of toontown can use the chat. If your only on a 3 day trile then it won't let you. At the beginning of the game Flippy says something like; "only official toontown citizens can use the chat."

Okay... now I'm really confused... mat12365, I checked your profile and it says you have a 102 laffer and a 42 laffer. That would logically mean 1 of 2 things -
1. You know something the rest of us don't about finishing tasks really fast OR
2. the account that those toons are on is already a paid account

I highly doubt it's #1, and #2 should mean that you can Secret Chat... _assuming_ you have secret friends. Do you have any secret friends? Their names will show up in blue if they are secret friends.
