I'm assuming you mean phase 13 when you say "parse", and if that's the case the only thing are the usual "maps", "audio", "etc" folders, and in each one a file known as "Placeholder". So in short, there's nothing to do with a new Cog Headquarters or anything of that sort in the file.

Just on a side note, it was mentioned in the newsletters that these invasions were happening because the cogs found out about the toon parties, as seen here.

I found out some of the moves you can do on the dance floor

The putt: up down left right
The left: press left 3 times
The right: press right 3 times
The happy dance: left down down down up down
The back fall : down down up up
The fall down: up up down down
The victory dance: up down left left right right
The shuffle: right down up
