Depending on what you guys mean by lag, you shouldn't get all that much from the parties themselves, but rather from the toons IN or OUTSIDE of the party area. lol

One thing that makes me curious though... what connections does this François Pinard have with Toontown?

LOL. When I saw Toon vs. Toon Tug - O - War, i'm like,

"Toontown, you've done it again."

WOW. Sounds like a lot of content for just one small, partyhat-shaped building. :P Since a detailed reply would just have random things in random places, here's what I think of this in no particular order:

• You have to pay beans?
• You change the layout of your party? And with your book?
• Toontown Time is Pacific Time.
• No cogs allowed? D: I wanted to invite that goon in the factory lobby!
• So in public parties, anyone can join, and in private parties, you send invitation?
• Oh, good, you can earn your beans back.
• Big bean? I hope it's gold-colored.
• Castle? O.o
• Oh good, it's full members' only. If it was for free members, there would be too many parties at once.
• You can't eat the cake?
• Where will the calendar go, I wonder?
• With all these features, how long will it take until parties get boring?

Roger Dog and Speedway Master have been searching the Toontown phase files under My Computer/Program files/Disney/Toontown Online for the content. We owe 'em some thanks.

'And I think the buildings will only be for setting party options. It seems like the actual parties will be held in playgrounds.

Roger thinks that the party hat building is just a tunnel to lead you to outside the playground in the neighborhood, because those teasers from the newsletter shows it outside. Each neighborhood may have it's own party room.

Now that parties are being released, I would like speedway master to extract this new parse I keep hearing about called parse 13. I have a feeling it will be where COG HQ or(what ever those cogs are up to do with the invaisons) parse files are stored.

i think he means phase 13. . .
Oh aand this stuff about maps and parttie places is like some sort of completly new areas for toontown! of course they might not show up int the book at all, or maybe on the new page! anyway I agree that maybe the hat buildings are just tunnels.
