I'm not sure about the when, but it's been infered that these clothing will be special awards, though I could be wrong.

The awards would probably be:

Finishing All Toontasks excluding the HQ tasks.

Getting all your Gag Tracks.

Getting all Cog Suit Parts.

Maxing All HQs.

The fishing shirt is apparently an award for this year's Billy Budd's Fishing thingamabob. He's also wearing the "girl" fishing shirt...

Which leads me to believe that they are almost all for that stuff.

Golf - C.U.P.S next year?

Racing - Grand Prix Weekend?

Building/Cogs - The "toons who take over the most buildings or defeat the most cogs, etc." weekend

Gardening - ???

Party Clothing -- Your toon's birthday?

Gold Medal -- Some sort of event.

Looks like it might be for TownTown Competitions.

Break out your fishing rods, head to the ponds, and get comfortable -- it's time for the 7th Annual Billy Budd Fishing Tournament. Wow, seven years strong, and Billy has something reel-y special in his tackle box to commemorate this momentous occasion. What, you ask? Well, the winners will receive an exclusive fishing shirt for their Toon!

The competition begins Friday, November 20 and runs through Monday, November 23 -- for a full four days of fishing fun! The top 20 Toons in each of the five fishing rod categories (twig, bamboo, hardwood, steel, and gold) who catch the most fish -- per day -- will net an exclusive fishing shirt for their Toon. So stock up on jellybeans, bait your lines, and may the best fisher-Toons win!

It isn't really an activity that would work for parties. Maybe a decoration of some sort. It probably won't be making a return.

i guess your kinda right it, wouldnt be much of an activite. but im wondering if that merry go round will be for something else, like maybe for the new houses and stuff?

i guess some stuff doesnt come out on toontown when it looks like it should, oh well, but look on the bright side, toon news and the new houses will be here soon. but i already know that toon news is out on test toontown. but i still wonder when the new houses come out on test toontown.
