not in my sig my avator i seen some with a video thing in their avator didnt slow down my computor

The issue is that some people are on slow internet connections, and large pictures or movie files in the avatar force their internet browsers to load a lot more data when reading a post than they would otherwise.
Please DO NOT put large pics or movies in your signature, avatar, or any other recurring part of your posts. A one time post, with a warning that there is a high graphic content in the topic, would be fine.

He's asking about the little moving avatar.
I know there's some free programs out there, my husband made one for his character...If no one answers you I'll ask my husband when he gets home. All I know is that it was a little time consuming but it looked like a fairly easy program.
