It shouldnt be an active district, because it would be better if like almost EVERYONE is from TTC. That would be cool.

Well if this happened then...

1. We'd have to keep this on the down low. If other toons found out what was happening in this district, it would fill up pretty quickly once the word spread and that would defeat the purpose of this group

2. We'd have to be patient. Obviously the first day of action it's not going to have as many invasions or people as nutty river, and it'll still be pretty quiet. We need to wait for word to spread and more toons to come.

I'm totally for the idea. We really need another nutty river, it's impossible to do buildings there any more.. the second one comes down it is taken by a group of hungry building hunters.

just pretend...75,000 members here right? JUST SAY WE HAVE THAT MANY
now, take it down to 30,000 from people who dont get on much/not at all.
20.000 for people that don't play TT
15,000 for people that don't wanna do it at all
Now, think about hhow many people here who can't summon invasions
...15,000 left
those people that are inactive take that away from teh summoning list.
500.
now think about the peopel that don't WANT to summon them.

now the people that don't get the summons
200
That TWO HUNDRED people.
so that goes to about 12,000 people from here.
from other districts coming to the new district.
brings it up to 20,000 and so on...

EDIT: if we get this thing with people in it then others will come which will defeat the puppose but add a new one.

Lol, if we did this, I think it would be like MAYBE 150 people at the MOST. I doubt even that much. It would take a while to get lots of people to do it.
