I don't know what you're talking about with "number C", but it sounds like a task in Minnie's Melodyland if I'm not mistaken.

Try viewing this wonderful thread that has all the tasks in MML, The Dogfather's Minnie's Melodyland Task Guide.

1. Dr. Fret - Dr. Fret's Dentistry on Alto Avenue
2. Task: Defeat 10 Number Crunchers (Minnie's Melodyland)
3. Return to Dr. Fret
4. Task: Defeat 20 Cashbots (Minnie's Melodyland)
5. Return to Dr. Fret
6. Task: Defeat A Cashbot Building (Anywhere)
7. Return to Dr. Fret

Is that what you wanted?

If you're talking about where you can find Cashbots, Baritone Boulevard and Alto Avenue have the most Cashbots. (Mostly Baritone Boulevard, though.)
