More friends on your list???

I emailed Toontown to ask if they are ever going to look at increasing the amount of friends we can hold. Most of us know that 50 is not enough once you have all your friends' multiple toons added to your list, etc.

I find it very frustrating not being able to translate via speedchat to some of the great toons I encounter who wish to friend, that I am so sorry I cannot friend them because all but 3 of my Toontown friends are True Friends who I simply cannot delete. I have already gone through the process of deleting certain True Friends who simply do not play anymore, and those that I do have left, including the 3 non True Friends, I am keeping a tight hold of! Its a real shame you can't friend them all!

So all in all, a not very conclusive answer as always. Maybe more of us should contact them raising the same issue??

technically they think they upgraded our friends list by linking our TT accounts to Disney XD

We can be friends with all the toons on their account, but it is regular friends, and can only sf chat through XD

Actually I did cover this in my email to Toontown, highlighting the fact that users outside of the U.S. (like myself) cannot use Disney XD.

OMG Jo, I sooo wish we could hold more friends! I am constantly deleting toons that don't go on anymore and stuff like that. Also, I wish that if you are friends w/ someone's multiple toons, that would only count as one friend. For example, I am friends w/ Princess Maxie and TS. That should only count as one friend!

Yeah it's really not fair that they only let us have 50 friends... but in a way if everyone could have as many as they wanted it would get kinda crazy... imagine having 20 people tping to you constantly!! I think they should at least let us have 70 though it would really help.

I understand you too. I do this usually one time a day and get that response. One time they replyed saying that I should go out and have fun in Toontown and explore everywhere. I mean how off topic! Anyways.... I have always asked friends to join in and do this with me but they usually dont. So if you guys want to be able to have more sfs on your list, please join with the people who do this. I bet someday if enough toons do this it will happen. Thank you to all the toons who do do this.

I know! Of course this is getting REALLY annoying... I dont have sfs but still I have plenty of people I still really want to be friends with...TT doesn't understand that 50 friends is 50 friends! In real life, do you only have 50 friends? Of course not! Not that this is real life...

Hey Jo, I most definitely think that would be a plus, especially when most people have like 3 or 4 toons and you want to accomodate all of them. Would be nice to have more, but yet again, even at 100, people will still want more after a while, LOL. See you on TT today!

Last August at ToonFest in Orlando, the developers talked about features that they were currently working on. I distinctly remember that increasing the size of the friend's list was one of them. (They also talked about minigolf and Bossbot HQ.) Well, minigolf has come out now, and the HQ is probably coming soon, so don't give up on that friend's list expansion! I think they're aware that there's a desperate need for it.
