Notoriety - just halloween thing?

Yesterday, people had anywhere from 1-6 green boxes under their post count and
if you put your mouse over then it said stuff like <user> is glowing with inner tooniness
or something like that. They are not here today so I assume it was a halloween
thing, but first of all...were they added then rejected (like the blue skin thing)
or are they comin' back....or just a halloween thing (although not very spooky)

Yesterday it was Trick or Treat! Trick (Batleth decided to pretend to leave) and Treat. (Everyone got their rep back for a day)

The Admins were just having a little fun yesterday. Lucky.
