how does that work if u arnt paying?
when i select start playing on toontown.co.uk i get There's been a payment failure There was a payment problem with your subscription. Your fees have not been paid and your Toontown account has been suspended. If you subscribed in the last few days, we may not have received your payment yet. Sometimes this happens if you provided incorrect billing information or the transaction was refused by your bank because of insufficient funds or security blocks on your account. If you have been a subscriber for some time, your card may have expired since your last payment and so we were unable to charge you. Don't worry, your Toons are safe! As soon as we receive your payment, you'll be able to access all features of Toontown again. What should I do now? Please go to My Account and click My subscriptions and payments and My payment options to check if the details of your payment option are correct and amend them if necessary. If you think that everything is correct, please contact your bank or ClickandBuy. To change your payment option: 1. Go to My Account, register a new credit/debit card or ClickandBuy account under My payment options and set it to Default. 2. Under My subscriptions and payments, set the new payment option for your current subscription and save the changes. 3. Try signing into the game again in 12 hours. If you continue to experience problems, please contact us. |

I canceled a year ago and just re-started this past August. All my toons were there still. When I had called Customer Service to ask, they said previously they weren't guaranteeing anything due to the potential for running out of storage space (or something similar), but apparently they must have been successful enough with enough customers, that they were able to keep up everyone's old accounts, even a year after they had canceled.
I know in other MMORPGs (like Dark Age of Camelot), I've gone 2 years and my characters have all been there safe and sound when I've returned. I think you'll be safe until you reinstate your account. |
