Here are my ideas for new gags!

Toon-Up: Circus Act
Trap:Compactor
Lure:Buisness meeting
Sound: Fireworks
Throw:Feast
Squirt:Tsunami
Drop:Flippy Statue

You can get these gags by doing a Bossbot battle.

Just an idea.

heres mine:
toon up:magic box(you go in and another toon comes out)
trap:cage(its like lure but when you hit it the cog stays in the cage)
lure:100$ (doller bill) (never misses)
sound:the sound of 1000 pigs Owoooo sound and !!! sound
throw:large stinky cheese cake
squrt:all the ocean water
drop:V.P.(kills anything)

I dug up one of my older posts from the thread "Lv.8 gags." I think it works in this thread just as good.

Lv.8 gags:
TU: Shooting Stars, TU: Max TU (affects all toons)
Trap: Canyon Cliff, (whoooooosh... POW!!) Damage: 225 (affects all cogs)
Lure: Toon Building, (it's an illusion btw) Turns Lured: Max # of turns (forever until reactivated) & (affects all cogs)
Sound: Lions Roar, Damage: 130 (affects all cogs)
Throw: Volcano (aka Erupto-cake) Cake, Damage: 164 (affects all cogs)
Squirt: Tidal Wave, Damage: 155 (affects all cogs)
Drop: Sky, ("the sky is falling, the sky is falling" ) Damage: 200 (affects all cogs)
