If you have been banned/suspended from the game and you want to discuss your ban, this is the place to post. Please do not make any additional "I've been banned/suspended" threads.
All "I've been banned/suspended" threads will be merged into this thread to avoid forum clutter.

im banned and i dont know why...HELP!
it said that i was banned for 72 hourse ( three days) and i dont know why...
it says: Your account has been suspended based on a violation of the Walt Disney Internet Group's Terms of Use. Your account is in the process of being reinstated. Your suspension will end in 3 days. before it said something about a house violation but i dont know whta that means...if anyone can tell me the answer....pm me or reply to this! thanks!! |

I really don't know this has been happening to many others too. The only thing I can think of is a program thats been being used by a lot of people that they should be banned for. But if you haven't used that, I have no idea. I'm sorry ://

Did anything happen recently? I'm sure something happened. Not to say its your fault, it happened to me when I was on RuneScape then I noticed my mistake! It's probably something. I really don't know what violation means, I think it means something like doing something you are not suppose to do in the game. Don't worry. Someone will help you.

i got a banned question can someone help!!
I got banned three days ago and it now says:
Your account has been suspended based on a violation of the Walt Disney Internet Group's Terms of Use. Your account is in the process of being reinstated. Your suspension will end in 0 days. For more information on Walt Disney Group's (WDIG's) House Rules, please visit our FAQ page. does this mean this is my last day? or does it mean that I'm supposed to be not banned anymore.... the only reason im asking is because i have heard people have never gotten unbanned so i just want to be sure.... thanks! |

What the heck? What did you do? I was just talking to you earlier. Disney's messed up. Sigh...I guess whenever someone sees a toon doing a glitch, they are gonna report 'em.
How long is it for? Hopefully, whoever sent you the email eats a lamp and gets bad indigestion. xD Stay Strong cliff, and don't go near lamps |

Yeah mine was too
 72 hours but my parents have to "reactivate it" which is impossable..i tryed the parent password and the account ID, and the account ID they sent me when I did account recoveryTHEY DIDN'T EVEN SEND ME A NOTICE

Request information on what you did to get suspended. Tell them, that before they accuse you of using any sort of hack, to pls show you proof in your log files. If they accuse you of cussing, again... ask for proof. If you've done nothing wrong, also include requesting the 3 days back to your account for suspending you. You could also try sending ina bug report to see if you get a different answer. I would continue to email them at the above address, until you get a sufficient answer. Don't let them get away with telling you that you used a hack, unless they can show you proof in your log files. I would suggest this to anyone who has been found guilty without being presumed innocent first. We all know justice is blind, but this is the 2nd time Disney has been suspending innocent people because of the bad ones. Something needs to be done. We are paying customers and as along as we abide by THEIR rules... we deserve the right to know just what it is they say we did. |

I do admit I have cussed a few times on TT. But I know people who've done just awful things on TT and they're just fine! But anyways, thank you. I'll need that email address when the 0 days glitch comes up.
