Disney has a reason for keeping your toon(s) account(s) suspended for over the time length. This could be due to the fact that you were breaking Toontown/Disney rules/guidlines/policies for safety, unsafe gameplay, 3rd Party Software, or found cheating in the game and reported by another member of Toontown.
Disney/Toontown Online (Developers) as like Club Penguin (Developers) have specific reasons to suspend your account and keep hold on a suspended account for as many hours as they feel nessassary. If your account was suspended for no reasons, please, e-mail Disney's Toontown Online Customer Serivice Rep.'s at this following e-mail address to assess the situation(ONLY if your account has been suspended for no apparent reason(s) ) :toontown@disneyonline.com Please, if you did something wrong on this game, it most likely has gone against Disney Online/Disney Interactive's policies on safe and you might get your account back from 24 hours (a day) or up to seven days (a week). Again, if this account suspention is going on over five days to a week, please e-mail a Disney/Toontown Online Rep. at the above e-mail address. Disney/Toontown Online will assess your problem and respond back to you with more than enough or limited information on your suspention(s). Please, follow all Disney/Toontown Online guidlines and policies to further help your security and others security in/online on this game.
