In the meantime you could try emailing Disney at: community@disneyonline.com
Include Account ID Birthdate Email Account was made on. Request your chat log so you can see what you said that caused you a suspension. Giving out locations is a definite no-no. Talking about Instant Messengers is also a definite no-no. |

Suspended
I was suspended from TT on Tuesday evening. So far I have left 4 voice mail messages, sent 5 email requests, and talked to live chat to find out why. I was hoping to have an answer that I could post for all but as of now I still have not received any answer from Disney as to what I did or said. I will update this post when or if I receive an answer. The only response I did get was to the first two emails I sent with this reply from Disney:
Dear Vickie, Thank you for contacting Disney Online Customer Service. If you have further questions as to the nature of your account hold, please reply to this email with the following information: 1) Your account ID 2) The e-mail address associated with the account in question 3) Your Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY) Once we have verified your information we will send you information regarding your hold. Please note that this is not a guarantee that detailed information will be sent nor does it guarantee access to the account in question. My only error on my first two emails was not providing my birth date. Although I did send them my address and phone number, who knows maybe that will get me suspended forever. Vickie Edit: Just received my TT Times email copy, and I made top toon again for CFO. Woo Hoo 2 months in a row. Only guessing but maybe, just maybe, I got suspended so that I can't get top CFO toon again, LOL. I need to get a life outside of TT. Still waiting on an answer from TT.

There's a blue rabbit that goes around Nutty River. He hacks, and I've seen him try to cog little toons that were AFK. He's been reported, but is still playing. But they suspend you. Good grief. |

You have got to be kidding...
How can they suspend you when you didn't do anything? Toontown had gotton a little crazy lately, I really hope that you don't get suspended forever, we will lose another great player in the CCG group. |
