I got the same email...so saying stuff I said all the time before they got strictER..like <snip> mate and all of that..and trieng to give some1 my msn I mean...c'mon I said all of this weeks ago and NOW they're just banning me T_T

I was banned for three days, 72 hours. When I tried to login, it brought me to a site listing Disney's "House Rules"! But nothing would tell me what I did, and I recieved no email explaining why I was banned. I've been inactive the past few days, and I can't think of what would get me a ban! And, I can gurantee you, Bossbot HQ will certainly be out tomorrow, the moment I can't play ( I don't actually mean it will come out, I mean knowing my lucky, it probably will )

Umm yeah. Isn't <snip> a censored word on TT? Also, you can't give out your msn on TT. No wonder you got suspended.

And no, they aren't "banning" you, they're suspending you. Banned means you're never allowed back on your account. Ever.

My account got suspended for 72 hours because of "personally identifiable" information. So what happened? My wife was playing her toon, and asked another toon -- played by her SISTER -- what her email address was. Keep in mind these are both thirtysomething adult women. I found the TTO phone number here on the site and called. After about 20 minutes on hold, I talked to a real human. She said that there was nothing she or anyone else in their office could do, and suggested I email the Disney Community or whatever (the same address that the suspension notice was sent from).

I think that's sad, that when you actually call and talk to someone on the phone, after being on hold for so long, that they tell you to just email, when of course it could be almost 72 hours before they even get back to you. Basically, if you're suspended, no matter for what reason, if any, TOUGH LUCK. I still have a few months left on my account, but they'll never get another penny out of me. Nor will I recommend the game to anyone, as I have done in the past. I was actually about to buy 6 month subscriptions as gifts for two of my friends and their kids! Not anymore.

I'm an adult, and I paid good money for something I can't use for three days. I don't know about anybody else, but I really don't need the Disney Corporation to be my nanny.

i didn't get banned but theres a toon that hacked other toontown accounts and i told him if he hacks my account i'll tell toontown to go to ******* go on toontown hacks so they for themself that he is hacking other accounts

Perhaps this is some kind of mistake then? Do any of you have sfs and swear or use bad language? I could have been banned for this, though I only really swear when no sfs are near me. Not that it makes it looked any better to a Toontown Dev who wouldn't look at things in context.

Well, if you did swear, even if nobody is around, they can definitely suspended you for that. And im pretty sure you got suspended, not banned.

You definitely should call or live chat toontown. Replying to that e-mail will do nothing, that was sent by a computer.

Yes, but I was stating it like Toontown. They also said banned for 72 hours. Unfourtenetly, I know they can, and I'm assuming that's why. In my opionion, you should be able to swear since SFS are supposidly 13+.

Well, you are definitely wrong there you don't know that they aren't under 13. And a lot of teenagers don't need to see swear words.
