"I've been banned/suspended!"

I got banned also, and when it went to the disney accoun that "I was banned and on hold for 72 hours" page popped up when I logged in. I sent multiple Request and questions, called there "Compony" Like 50 times, and my account is still banned. I also gottah Q. Is Banned and Hold the same thing because a year ago I was banned, and I was gonnah call 2day to ask. Anyways When I logged in with my Disney XD, it said ERROR. WHAT THE HECK DOES THAT MEAN???!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! ?!?!?!?!?!?!

Srry 4 the Multi Posting* I JUST got a request from Toontown. I can answer all your I GOT BANNED Q's right here right now. If you have a 72 hr hold, 0 day account, Or other things, The reason why your account is still banned is because when you 1st started toontown, you put ur Birthdate in there. If ur a kid they'll say "According to our records, your Toontown account is listed under a
child's date of birth. In order to comply with the "Children's Online
Privacy and Protection Act" (COPPA), we are required to validate family

account information so that you may agree to the Terms Of Service and
release the hold."

If you call them, they'll Unban or unhold your account. idk their number sorry, but I hope this has been a big help for you as it has been for me.

I got an email today. It says that the account has been associated with the use of a third party software. They say they are going to put my account on hold for 72 hours.

What does that mean???

I did not do anything different, but my dad did get a new router that is faster, thats not software though.

I did get hung up in a glitch when my sf wanted me to tp to him and I was stuck in a grey space in the VP and it looked like I was jumping and could not get unstuck.

I called but no answer at Disney. I can still use my account as of right now.
Frustrating.

Hey me again. I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK TODAY. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyways, I did what I put in the post earlier. also, when I called, they gave me an email adress. If you put in the email adress and ur Parents Password, a Picture will come up saying. "Do you agree these terms and except these rules?" Aftre u check it and say yes the "Your account has been off of suspension. If you dont get it heres an example EX: Say my e-mail adress is toontown_playa@**********, you would put that in. And my parent password is "toontown" I would put that in. You're actually putting in ur parents information to get off of the hold. After you put that in, agree with the terms and other things and ur account will be off hold!!

This means Disney detected the use of macros or other programs, such as XSpeed! or something like that. XSpeed! (if it is still around) allows you to speed up your Toon in the game, making you run faster than normal. Don't dare try it though, because it is breaking many Toontown and Disney rules, and is EXTREMELY easy for Disney to detect. I also got suspended today for using "inapproriate language." I was actually just joking with my SF's, but apparently someone thought I was taking it too far and reported me. See you guys in Toontown on Monday (I hope!),

I'd think TT everywhere would have the same rules, so yes...I believe you can get banned. What would make the UK so different from everywhere else?

I have no clue how to even use any of these programs and doubt that I even have them on my imac computer, lol.
Disney did call me back and told me that after checking into the "situation??" that my account would not be put on hold and that I did nothing wrong, and to please disregard the email that I got.

Sorry that u got banned for your language. I say dang all the time- i wonder if that is inappropriate ?

It does seem that us UK toons have a much easier ride with regards to what we can or cant say on SF chat.....

I think that the UK chat is not monitored in the same way as the US. I know that I have said things (without thinking) that would probably get a ban in US, but not so much as a warning came to me here in the UK

I was banned as well. I got banned for reporting someone for harrassing me and somehow, TT thought I was mad at the guy.
Sure I was mad. I didn't want to be harrassed anymore. Or tracked everywhere I went in TT. He tracked me everywhere in TT.
So, I had enough of it and reported him. But, the next day, TT banned me. I got soooo mad!
They banned me just because I didn't want to be harrassed anymore! -_-"
I called TT's account management and they called back. But, I missed the call.
And my dad called TT to cancel my account. Now, I have to wait weeks 'till I get the refund.
