When I got the error page I had to call toontown. They linked my account to XDX then told me to email the address Pixonator has gave you. This way you can accept terms of service and they will stay on the phone with you until you do. Within a few hours after you have emailed them you will have access again. Let me look for that number.

I think they have to link the accounts because "The community" is affiliated with XDX and they are the ones that have the power to give you access again. I asked if I could cancel XDX after I regain access and they said it would cause me problems because they are linked, whicH I thought was weird.

I know I was not suspended for having XDX because I did not have an XDX account and the logs they sent me with my multiple violations is why I got nailed. XDX has nothing to do with it like some peeps have said here.

Do you know what you got banned for, if you said it I must've missed it sorry.

Banned. But for what?

Today I recieved an e-mail like this:

Dear Toontown Guest,

We are writing to inform you that based on a violation of the Walt Disney
Internet Group?s (WDIG) Terms of Use, we have suspended your account for 72
hours. To regain access to your account after this 72 hour suspension, you must
review and agree to our Terms of Use and House Rules here:

Please be advised that this 72 hour hold serves as an official warning and that
further violations of the Terms of Use may result in further account suspension
or termination.

What did I get banned for?
I haven't violated the terms of service.

E-mail them back asking for an explanation for your suspension.
None of us are going to know what you got banned for, you have to ask Disney

They usually reply in about a day, and you can find their e-mail in your inbox

Um, no. If he does it the way, he will get a response like this.

When I was banned, I sent an e-mail to community@disney.com and they told me exactly what I did wrong.(After like 4 e-mails >_>)

Best thing to do.

Community@disneyonline.com, I thought that was the address.

I got suspended.

Then after reading and saying I read their documentation, I received the BANNED and terminated email.

Never once did they send me the chat log.

Welcome to the club.

Disney has never told me.

I quit bothering them about it. I tried. I missed their two phone calls, and their emails were just pointless.

Never once did I get a reason.

The piled me to the bottom of the pile, and I really don't mind.
