Need help transfering a toon.

I want to transfer this really good toon to my other acc,
but I'm not sure what detail I'm supposed to give (all of it)
and how to get some info, like "last day billed"
I will be really mad if I can't get it transfered,
I worked really hard on that toon. Even got a new level 7 gag.

There was an 800 number I called to get my billing dates, you need them for both accounts. After I had the dates, I was able to transfer on live chat. It is harder than it used to be, but I'm glad they are doing it It just takes longer, but you will get it done. I'm sorry I don't remember the number.

Hm, I think I figured out how without calling.
One of them ended yesterday (June 16th),
does that mean it was paid on May 16th?
