I'm on the english server and would like to get on test but can't, does anyone know of a way to get on test just so you know, I'm not going to hack.

I don't think you even can hack into test, lol.
Back to the topic: Once in a while, Toontown
puts "Accepting new testers" on their front page,
you have to sign up. Unfourtinly, it's not up now,
so I guess you'll have to wait. Sorry.

i'm not sure if you can do that on the english servers and I'm english so I can't pay in dollars to go on the american servers
