Looks like toontowns update did some changes to the files of toontown i just checked for my screen shots and i did not find the libary folder i think they took my advice
i told them to hide the files
now to make sure am not going crazy go to ur toontown program files and tell me if the lib is still there because mines not (i do not hack also)

yes there change the files due to hackers you will not find the library folder anymore there was some hack file going around that was talk about on this form i forgot where its good there did that!!!!
