Hey! I can make layouts, I just cant code them lol. If anyone knows how to code layouts, could you please send me some sort of message.. or reply to this post? I would really really prefer not to pay someone, but if anyone wants to do it for something in return? ( Its going to be a ToonTown website )

If by code you mean make a website, its easy. And heres how. Go to .Html Goodies and you can learn in 7 days. Its a piece of cake. I learned on there. Check it out.
