About 99% of all members can play but the 1% get that bug. You can report it but first check Known Issues.

Restart your computer and clear your cookies? I used to get this and it would go away when I sent the bug report...

Send in a bug report telling them what's going on.
Live Support will retrieve the bug report and be able to help you.

Have you tried uninstalling your active x, and reinstalling?? When we got new computer, it allowed us to play for about a week, then it would only take us to bug reporting page, when we logged on, coupled with some insane messages. Toontown was worthless in trying to figure it out. Finally, I posted about it, and someone (I think here???) helped me out. Not a problems since. Let me look and see if this was forum I posted about it on.
