There have always been pig and goat on the votes. There was a COW on the last one that the bear won out on.

Last Vote was for five toon types, and the bear won out.

Bear
Pig
Goat
Chicken
Cow

The pig and the goat must have finished second and third. I voted for the cow on the last vote.

This isn't a clue. Starting from the original election, 4 of the 6 new animals are farm animals. It makes perfect sense that two of them come on the same election.

The first toon election was between Cow, Monkey, Chicken, Pig, Bear, Pig and Goat. Monkey won.
The second was between Bear and Pig. Bear won at 59% and Pig lost at 41%.
And we are at the third one, Pig and Goat. Pig will win at around 68% and Goat will lose around 32%.

Also in the first one, Goat got dead last place at 6%.
Pig got 3rd place behind Monkey(winner) and Bear(2nd)
