I don't think I'll ever get my Welcome Kit and Monthly Mailers...
I became an official Toontown member about a month ago. I've checked my member info and mailing info, and it's all correct. I'll never get my Welcome Kit.

Hmmm.... I never got a welcome kit. I get the newsletters though ( I get two for my two accounts). Never heard of a welcome kit.
Just so you know, I won a contest and it was at least two months later that I got my prize. |

Curious Midnite Purr, but what contest did you win? Its always interesting to know someone who has one something.
I haven't recieved any newsletters from any of my accounts after signing up in june. Before, I used to get those trading cards and newsletters. I think I chose not to recieve them accidentally. Go check your options. Maybe you said no snail mail. |

You usually get your first one like 1-2 months after ur become a member.Then every month after that u should get a monthly news letter.

Welcome kit
i've been a member sense jan 2006 and I still havent recieved my kit and I have called every 3 weeks sense May and also talk to suprvisor and he said he would get back to me and still nothing. I think that if this site is going to be represented by Disney World it should really follow there word. It would be different if we didnt pay to have toontown but we do so the least they could do is send it out there welcome kits...

I agree
with queen tubby, as paying members, they do owe us the welcome kit or monthly newsletters. I don't know since I moved if they will forward my newsletter, though I will LOUDLY complain, if not, and you all should!!

Everyone: make sure you have your settings set to receive mailers from TT. Go to member services and make sure. If you have it set to no you will never receive anything.
