I saw Flippy at GSW

I saw a toon named flippy at Goofy Speedway.He looked just like flippy,he also had 29 laff ,cream pie slice , squirt gun ,and a bike horn. he had a red toon utility vehicle.has anyone seen him?

There's alot of Flippy's out there.
Most of them are fake (Let alone being a real one...)

Usually toontown dosent let you have the name FLIPPY with two p's so they accept flipy or any form of it...

Its just a supernoob or uber.toons 25-50 with 3 strong gags.And Flippy is a populare character so they took that toon look.

Your right just the other day i went into tc and a toon named flippy asked me to be his friend. This stunk though so i said no.

I don't think there is a real one; Flippy is an NPC, being the mayor of toontown and all. If a toon has all gags, it means they're a dev, but technically theyre still not "the mayor" of Toontown.

True. But ppl use the capital "i" replacing the lowercase L. Cuz in TT, the capital i looks almost exactly like the lowercase L. So basically, their names are just Fiippy. LOL.

Some are ofr publicity(SP) or to act famous

I bet I could make a toon named like Dyland Srouse and just sit there with only 15 laff and get about like 10 "you rock" from any guliable person XD.

Now that is a dev. Bossbot HQ hasn't come out yet on open. I don't even think its on test yet. Correct me if I'm wrong because I don't have a test toon.
