Hi Everyone!
I'm Duke Crumbly Sniffleslam. Have you seen me around? I've been playing Toontown for some time but am new to Toontown Central. I had a few questions that I thought I might ask here and couldn't find in searching the forum.
1. Some of the stars next to the toon names in the Toowtown HQ's spin slowly and some do not? Anyone know why? 2. Is there any way to bind Speedchat phrases to keystrokes? 3. I think it would be cool if you could submit a "My Phrases" like you can with your toons name. I'm sure everyone has had that idea(s) that they just couldn't express with the Speedchat. I'm looking for some Secret Friends so if you've seen me around or we have battled the Cogs together send me a secret code and I'll be watching the secret swapping forum for you

answer to question 1
aaah here we go :-) I found it: Toon HQ Leaderboards. Star point system is as follows: 10 points = Bronze star 20 points = Spinning bronze star 30 points = Silver star 50 points = Spinning silver star 75 points = Gold star 100 points = Spinning gold star One point is rewarded per floor of each Cog building taken over.
