Not to mention all the other names that are randomly rejected/accepted.

If they auto-reject Mickey, because it's one of the main characters (just like Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy), then why are they letting others through?

They just really need to re-evaluate the name approval process and rules, because it's more like a clique than anything. "Oh I like that name, so I'll let it through", even if they don't check to see if it breaks the rules or not.
I'm just saying that Donald can be slipped through because Disney wasn't the one that made the name famous. It was a pretty common name even before Donald Duck was a character.
I dont know about Mickey, but I think that Disney was the one that really made that name famous. Like, it wasn't really a common name before, until Mickey Mouse came out.
I had to do a report on Walt Disney's animation, and I think I remember reading this.

Plus, a lot of names get slipped in and out.
A lot of names, not going against the rules, can randomly get rejected.
And then, names going against the rules, may get accepted.

I do agree with you on the part where they do need to re-evaluate.

I think the names "Boyfriend" and "Girlfriend" are really weird. I dont like them at all. Toontown Is really Strict with Names. I was trying to make my duck name "Qwackers" and It wouldn't work and I was like, wow this isn't even a bad name! And I was looking at it and it had "wack" in it. So I was like wow you gotta be kidding... So I had to make it Quackers.

I have seen toons like:
U quack me up
Quack up mom (or something like that)
Hot biker chick
girlfriend/boyfriend
sweet cheeks
Knot E. kitty (or cat)
so many: Iwanna .... (which is a phrase insead of a name)
so many: Anita ...(again it is a phrase)
Hot sauce (well go figure...)

and so many cannot remember now.

It is very confusing and make no sense whatsoever why and which condition they accept or reject names. Seems like they are the only one who is breaking the naming guideline, and making rest of us confuse.

They are just messing with our head! ...telling ya!

NOT: no offense to any of those names listed here...

How bout yours?
If you read the toontown.com web site, you can see for yourself why some of the names you list were rejected:

"Syphira": violates no-foreign-language rule
"Mouse K. Teer": violates no-disney-character rule
"Tom O'Hare": violates no-real-names rule
"Jesse McCartney": violates no-real-names rule

So at least in those cases, the reasons are obvious. Those kinds of name will rarely be accepted. (Only if one of the censors is asleep or ill-trained, it might squeek through.)

The others you mention, however, don't seem to violate any of the rules Disney lists on their web site.

Perhaps Disney figured that "Kitty Boom" might offend cat lovers, and that "Kooky Kookie" hints at "KKK".

But "Tom Hare" and "Cassie" seem perfectly fine to me. Resubmit them. They'll probably be accepted. (Hint: you can submit a name as many times as you have patience for. One of my friends had to submit her favorite name 30 (THIRTY) times before it was finally accepted.)

Cheers,

Same reasons as above.

Any name with "and" in it is nearly always rejected. However, Disney allows the use of "N" in place of "and".

Also, try to keep names short, and 3 words max.

Try the following:
"Peanut Butter N Jelly Mouse" (might be too long)
"Peanut Butter N Jelly" (might be too long)
"Peanutbutter N Jelly Mouse" (might be too long)
"Peanutbutter N Jelly" (will probably be accepted)

Iwanna and Anita are actual names, just the way they sound, they get used for comical/funny names too.

Dude, I know you mean well, but if you read through the entire thread, you'll see that Disney isn't following their own set of rules. Mickey gets auto rejected, but Donald and Daisy don't. Hermione Granger gets accepted. "Tom O'Hare" looks like a non-real name to me, especially if used for a rabbit. I don't see how "Kooky Kookie" would make someone think of KKK. Jesse McCartney is a famous person, which in that case I can kind of understand it if they are against potential advertising.

Names may have up to 4 words in the name. I've seen many names that are phrases. Same with the capital letters (which I think you misunderstood, they mean no names that are alternating, such as "HeLlO kItTy" for example). Too many letters? Some of the 'pick a name' names violate that rule in itself if "Peanutbutter" is too long.

I know you mean well dude, but please read the whole thread. Disney has one set of rules on public display, and follow their own set of rules in-house. You will see that more legit names get rejected than rule-breaking names. The fact that they can refuse a name "without reason" only makes it worse.
