I have the same problem.
There is a booster you can buy to help boost your signal. I don't have one, but you can probably go to your local Best Buy or Circuit City and ask around about it. The only other thing that you can do is try to adjust the antenna and stay as close to the router as possible. Make sure the antenna is sticking straight up to get the best signal. It's always harder to get the signal through walls, so if you can move your router or are lucky enough to have a laptop, try to keep it in an open area. I have a laptop, and I still have problems, but I find that they're considerably less when I play in the room with the router. Even though TT isn't causing the problem, their support isn't helping the problem either. I e-mailed them about it once because the problem seemed to have gotten worse after the arrival of Lawbot HQ and they told me to update my graphics card. ![]() Royalty 114/Holly 107/Dark Star 72 ^^ |

I feel your pain, I can only play without the router, and if you look at FAQ they say your play will be affected, look below(use to try help). So many complaints, They kinda had to say router problem is your problem not ours. Q: Can I play Toontown on a wireless Internet connection? A:Toontown can work with a wireless Internet connection. However, because of the real-time nature of the game and the potential problems with wireless interference, we aren't able to recommend or support this type of connection. For best results, we recommend using an ethernet or modem connection when playing Toontown. Last edited by kalan; 06-24-2006 at 04:58 AM. |
