Who Knows the Moves to the Toon Victory Dance?

I've tried to learn it, but every time I try, my toon either does the dance to fast, or when I'm looking at the computer screen and trying to do it, I run into something and fall over. Who knows the moves and can explain how to do them?

I've been wondering that too. A long time ago they gave me the guide in my newsletter. That was a long time ago, though. I sort of know it, though.
Here's an idea:
Screenshot every second of the dance using f9

Got that guide too! But when I did something to it.. the "Happy Dance," steps were gone.

But hey, it makes a decent horror story!

I found it on the Japan Toontown site. I am not sure if I can link it here or not.

I want to remind you that you can also follow the pictures instead of the feet steps if you want an easier happy dance. Start from the one of the toon with it's arms up.
