Just a comment...or two

I am sorry for you if you got terminated for no reason. If that is the case, you should continue to discuss with Disney until it is reolved, no matter how hard it is.

The second comment I have is regarding calling the people who answer the phone and live chat stupid.

1. These people are not Disney and they themselves do not make millions of dollars.
2. My experience in working in call centers tells me that these people are getting paid less than they are worth to answer phone calls and emails.
3. They have no power to make any decisions, or exceptions, they just answer the questions according to the guides they are given.
4. Yelling at them or being nasty to them is just plain wrong, they are not personally responsible for your issue.


Sorry for the "rant" but the people who are answering the phone and emails really don't deserve to be treated poorly.

Yeah,I just got a suspension on monday and sent an e-mail why and the STILL haven't replied!I really have a bad feeling that disney either doesn't care about it's custormers or is just really busy when I e-mailed them!

Anyway..Guys stop being so harsh to disney. With out Disney there is no ToonTown, POTCO,Club Penguin (I think),DOW,VMK and several other things we all love. So stop being so mean!

if i didn't get my account when i was suspended i would of sued because its there rules but after the 3 days u shouldn't have to call that made it the reason but after that alot of my friends left for no reason at all and i think disney did something about it


and 2 did u try 2 transfer milkeyweay to a dif account then pay for the 1 shes going to be on thats what i would do

Yeah but the thing is that they don't really treat us well when it comes to banning and suspensions.By that I mean they don't return emails and answer the phone.IMO thery're great in everything else they just need to work on people contacting them.

On monday, call them over and over again and tell them how upset you are! Nag them! Call them very often, send them a billion e-mails. BE A BOTHER TO THEM!

Try and get them to tell you WHAT terms of use you broke, maybe give you a chat log or something.

It's under my mom's name, so I can't get it released.


Basically I've just given up.. I miss my toons terribly but I'll just have to accept the fact that theres no possible way to get my toons back unless I sue them.

My toons name are under my dads name and I can still call them? I'm so confused.. why don't you tell your mom to calll or something? If I were you i wouldn't give up on my toons.
