Should I quit?

I've been having to call Toontown ALL day.
My account's normal username got switched with some other person's username and password, but my toons are still there. If they dont fix this I will tell them to give me the remaining months of my sub onto another account and if they dont I will have to quit. Im tried of dealing with all this.
