Yes. The owners of this site have multipul ones, and in order to keep these sites running they have to pay. Which it helps if we donate too.

Welcome to TTC and no, you do not have to pay to make one. To make one you have to have Photoshop, GIMP, Paint, or anything else for that. OK, well you may have to pay some to buy the program you are using but you can make then for free with Paint. You do have to pay to use one on here tho. If you don't want to pay you can post it in the Arts & Creativity forum to show off. Also you can use a signature like what is at the bottom of this post. The onyl problem is you have to post that each time but if you pay it posts it for you.
