Puerto Rico & Toontown?

Hey. Well, I'm not necessarily new to Toontown since I played like 2 years ago, but somethings really bugging me. It's like the people of Toontown are forgetting about Puerto Rican users, how they cannot input their billing information or anything is just obscene. There are many other places you can, but Puerto Rico is actually part of the United States you know?
I called and all, but nothing can be done. =/
I don't know what to do now, since my addiction to Toontown may be over.

Puerto Rico, Guam, and the American Samoa aren't really part of the United States, just like the Falkland Islands are not a part of the UK. They are territories that belong to the US but they aren't a part of it. Examples of this are the facts that they dont hold elections and most people there dont pay federal income tax. They are their own countries.

Yeah, I agree about how some of the billing options are more complicated for people in these territories. They should come up with something that has less hastle.

Well, you see I used to live in Florida until I moved back. There's still a P.O Box there, but it might last only another month. I have a grandma that lives there, I can ask her maybe if we can bill it to her house if not? My P.O box has forwarding so it sends everything over here.
