i'm new to toon town central and i've been trying to figure out how to make an i con and signatur and stuff. can someone help me?

To Make A Signature

To Make A Signature You Have To Donate Money With A Parent's Credit Card Or If You Have One You Can Use Yours. Also To Make A Userpage You Must Do The Same.

To Make A Icon

To Make An Icon First Look For User Control Panel Then Click It.
Then If You Go To The Left Corner You'll See All Different Places In Blue.
See Where It Says Upload A Icon/Avatar? Click It. The Scroll Down Until You Get to See Something That Says Browse. Click It Then Your At Your Pictures To Create A Icon!
