me and my friend decided to make a Tooniverse out of our estates, and you can join if you want! first, read the rules & guidlines to learn about everything that has to do with the Tooniverse. then, if u like it, post ur name and where u wanna meet (server and neighborhood) and u can join! if u wanna set a certain time 2 meet, plz post it as eastern time. if ur in the central time zone, it's 1 hour ahead. mountain time zone post it as 2 hours ahead. pacific time zone, post it as 3 hours ahead. i'll c u on toontown (maybe)! o and the rules and guidlines r on the next thread. ok, we now only have one city, toonmall, because doctor snuffy mcgloop's membership expired. if youre a long-time member that does your job really well, you can open your own city with your 6 estates! ill help you assemble it all if you get promoted.

UPDATE: From now on, if you want to join, first post here, then meet me at the gazebo in Toontown Central in Boingy Summit. You have to meet me at one of these times:

5:30 PM
7:00 PM
If for some reason I'm not there, try again at a different time. Or, tell me if you're a member, and I can send you a friend code, or you can send me one. Don't worry, we won't be true friends forever, but just so we can find each other easier. Then we'll stop and become regular friends.

Tooniverse Rules & Guidelines

Chapter 1: About the Tooniverse
My friend and I decided to make a whole Tooniverse filled with cities and states and countries and continents and planets and solar systems and even galaxies! Each account’s estate will be considered a city. So far we have 2 cities – Toonmall (parody of Broomall) and Newtoon Square (parody of Newtown Square). We need 10 cities to complete a state. Once we have all 50 states (which means 500 whole cities) we’ll FINALLY finish the Toonited States (like that’ll ever happen).Then we’ll go on to Canatoon, the second country in North Toonmerica. Then we’ll go on and on and on until we fill up the whole Tooniverse (I really doubt that’ll ever happen).

Chapter 2: Toonurrency (Toonbills and Tooncoins)
Toonurrency is the currency in the Tooniverse. There are Toonpennies (worth 10 jellybeans), Toonickels (worth 25 jellybeans), Toondimes (worth 40 jellybeans), and Toonquarters (worth 50 jellybeans). And the Toonbills – 1 Toonbill (worth 75 jellybeans), 2 Toonbills (worth 80 jellybeans), 5 Toonbills (worth 100 jellybeans), 10 Toonbills (worth 150 jellybeans), 20 Toonbills (worth 220 jellybeans), 50 Toonbills (worth 280 jellybeans), 100 Toonbills (worth 400 jellybeans), and 1,000 Toonbills (worth 500 jellybeans). You can either trade in your Toonurrency for jellybeans, or keep them for help with your Toontasks. With the jellybeans that you get for trading in your Toonurrency, you can choose something from one of the Toonager’s (Toons that run an estate) catalogs worth the amount that you have. With regular Toonurrency, you can get help with your Toontasks from the Toon you choose. Here are the rules for that:
Recovery Toontask: 5 Toonbills. 2-5 items needed, +2 Toonbills. 6-10 items needed, +5 Toonbills. 11-20 items needed, +10 Toonbills. 21+ items needed, +20 Toonbills. Level 5 and level 6 cogs, +2 Toonbills. Building/HQ only cogs, +5 Toonbills.
Wanted Toontasks: 2 Toonbills. 4-10 cogs needed, +2 Toonbills. 11-18 Cogs needed, +5 Toonbills. 19-26 cogs needed, +10 Toonbills. 27-50 cogs needed, +20 Toonbills. 51-99, +50 Toonbills. 100-999 cogs needed, +100 Toonbills. 1000+ cogs needed, +1,000 Toonbills. Level 4-7+ cogs needed, +2 Toonbills. Level 8-11+ cogs needed, +5 Toonbills. Level 12 cogs needed, +10 Toonbills. Level 4-6 Cogs needed, +2 Toonbills. Building/HQ only cogs needed, +10 Toonbills.
NOTE: We do not help with Apprentice Toontasks.
NOTE: Each time you want help, you get a 10-minute period of help from the Toon you choose.

Chapter 3: Renting a Room
You can rent a room at the estate you choose. It costs 50 Toonbills to rent a room. When you rent one, you get it for 10 days. If you don’t have enough Toonbills to renew it, you have to continue your job until you get enough money again. But anyone can rent the room when it’s open for rent, so try to earn those 50 Toonbills quick! Once you rent a room, go into the house where you rented a room. Go up to whatever’s blocking the way to the next room and say the secret password. When you say it, we’ll move it for you so you can go into the next room. Then go up to the closet facing the wall. You’ll be outside of the boundaries. There will be a Toon there to escort you to your room. Follow the usher until he/she says “OK”. That means that’s your room. Don’t worry, there’s a guard in each room, and probably nobody will be able to “break in” because we need the secret password and the Toon that says it has to be on our list. If someone does somehow break in, we will ban them from the city. If they do it again, we will ban them for a longer period of time. And if they do it a third time, we will ban them forever. Also, another fun thing to do if you have a room is to jump in and out of the walls and scare people! Yes, you can walk through the walls

Chapter 4: Jobs
This is the final thing you need to know about the Tooniverse. You can get a job to earn Toonurrency so you can rent rooms, get free furniture, and get help with your Toontasks. The current jobs are:
Usher – 20 Toonbills a week. Job: Stay outside the boundaries and when someone comes in, escort them to their room.
Guard – 10 Toonbills a week. Job: If someone breaks in, say the secret password (we’ll PM it to you) and we’ll ban them from the Tooniverse.
Doodle Trainer – 5 Toonbills every 2 days. Job: Teach the doodles that Toons have dropped off tricks.
Doodle Day Care Employee – 20 Toonbills a week. Job: Take care of the doodles in Doodle Day Care and restore their excitement by jumping around like a maniac.
We will get more jobs later, but right now, these are the only ones.

UPDATE: Toto the doodle is Toonmall's new mascot! He knows every trick so far, so you can play with him as much as you want. I hope someone eventually either signs up or donates a city...

OK good news! I haven't been on for a while, but now I'm back, and I guess I'll team up with Tooniesty. So now, both of our estate cities are combined together! Don't forget, if you want to make a city in our "Tooniverse" thing, just say so and you can use your estate to make a city! You just have to name it after a town or city, and we'll add it!

Okay the Tooniverse is NOW OPEN!!! Since it's summer now. Anway, it's open 12:00 - 6:00 every day. If for some reason the mayor of the city is not there, post a message on here and we'll find an opening for you. If you want a room, come to the mayor and say "Let's go to your house!" The mayor will bring you to an usher who will show you your room. Remember the location, and don't sneak into any other estates, or you'll get banned for a certain amount of time. If you're just walking by someone else's estate to get to yours, that doesn't count. If you forget, just say "I can't understand you." to an usher. Join or donate a city today!
